基于化学计量学评价不同类型多花黄精药材和酒黄精饮片的品质

目的 比较不同生境、不同性状多花黄精药材和酒黄精饮片的质量,优选黄精品质和种植生境,为优质酒黄精饮片的选择提供参考.方法 以醇浸出物、多糖、单糖、二糖和黄精碱A为指标,运用双因素分析法、层次聚类分析法、正交偏最小二乘—判别分析法分析不同类型多花黄精药材和酒黄精饮片质量的影响因素,结合熵权-TOPSIS法综合评价其品质.结果 生境类型和性状对多花黄精饮片质量均有不同程度的影响,且性状的影响大于生境,生境与性状的交互作用无显著影响;不同类型多花黄精炮制前后差异显著,黄精药材与酒黄精饮片质量呈正相关,以山地背阴大田白及形黄精质量较为突出,姜形和白及形酒黄精饮片质量相近.同生境下白及形酒黄精饮片的醇浸出物、多糖、果糖、黄精碱A含量最高,其次是姜形,圆柱形最少,综合评分得出,性状相同的多花黄精山地大田背阴生境下质量优于林下生境,且白及形黄精质量优于姜形和圆柱形.结论 不同类型多花黄精药材与酒黄精饮片均以山地背阴大田白及形黄精质量最优,营养成分积累最多.
Quality of Different Types of Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua and Wine-processed Polygonatum-sibiricum Decoction Pieces Based on Stoichiometry
Objective To assess the quality of Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua with different properties from different habitats and wine-processed Polygonatum sibiricum decoction pieces,to optimize the quality and planting habitat of Polygonatum sibiricum,and to pro-vide a reference for selecting high-quality wine-processed Polygonatum sibiricum decoction pieces.Methods With ethanol extract,polysaccharides,monosaccharide,disaccharide,and polygonatine A as the indicators,two-factor analysis,hierarchical cluster analysis,and orthogonal partial least squares-discriminant analysis were used to investigate the influencing factors for the quali-ty of different types of Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua and wine-processed Polygonatum sibiricum decoction pieces,and the en-tropy weight-TOPSIS method was used for quality assessment.Results The type of habitat and properties had varying degrees of influence on the quality of Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua,and properties had a greater influence than habitat;the interaction between habitat and properties had no significant influence.Different types of Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua showed a signifi-cant change after processing.The quality of the medicinal material Polygonatum sibiricum was positively correlated with that of wine-processed Polygonatum sibiricum decoction pieces,especially for the Bletilla striata-shaped Polygonatum from the field in the shade of mountains;ginger-shaped and Bletilla striata-shaped wine-processed Polygonatum sibiricum decoction pieces had the similar quality.In the same habitat,Bletilla striata-shaped wine-processed Polygonatum sibiricum decoction pieces had the highest content of ethanol extract,polysaccharides,fructose,and polygonatine A,followed by ginger-shaped wine-pro-cessed Polygonatum sibiricum decoction pieces,and the cylindrical wine-processed Polygonatum sibiricum decoction pieces had the lowest content.Comprehensive scores showed that Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua with the same properties had higher quali-ty in the shady field than in the understory habitat,and that Bletilla striata-shaped Polygonatum had higher quality than ginger-shaped and cylindrical Polygonatum.Conclusion For different types of Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua and wine-processed Po-lygonatumsibiricum decoction pieces,the Bletilla striata-shaped Polygonatum in the shady field has the best quality and the highest content of nutrients.
