Isolation of Endophytic Fungi from Atractylodes lancea and Their Antitumor Activity against HepG2 Cell Line
In recent years,the studies of plant endophyte have made great progress in the antitumor natural medicine.In present study,57 strains of endophytic fungi were isolated from Atractylodes lancea,20 strains were isolated from the root,19 strains from the leaves,16 strains from the stem and 2 strains from the fruits.The results showed that strain KLMPAL027 fermentation liquid could inhibit the growth of human hepatocellular carcinoma cell line HepG2,the rate was 63.76 ％.
