摘要
非洲阿拉伯国家长期整体医疗水平不高,每个国家面临的医疗卫生问题背后成因各不相同,深受各自社会状况的影响.医疗卫生情况具有多样性、复杂性和复合性的特点.在当前全球一体化深入发展的背景下,世界各国人民的命运紧密相连,医疗卫生问题越来越受到国际社会的重视.本文聚焦于以非洲阿拉伯十国为中心的中阿卫生发展合作,从非洲阿拉伯国家医疗卫生治理的问题与特点出发,深入探讨中国参与非洲阿拉伯国家卫生发展合作的理论基础与现实意义.文章系统性地回顾了中国与非洲阿拉伯国家 60 年卫生发展合作历程,并特别关注双方医疗合作中的重点领域——中医药在卫生发展合作中的实践情况,旨在积极探索双方卫生发展合作支持途径,为中阿卫生发展合作的现状和未来发展提供积极建议.
Abstract
The overall level of healthcare in the Arab states of Africa is not high.The causes behind the health problems faced by each country are different and influenced by the conditions of their respective societies.The conditions of medical and healthcare facilities are characterized by diversity,complexity,and compounded issues.In the context of the ongoing global integration,the inter-connectedness of people around the world has become increasingly apparent,leading to heightened international attention towards their medical and health issues.This paper delves into Sino-Arab healthcare cooperation,with a particular emphasis on 10 African Arab countries.By examining the problems and unique characteristics of healthcare governance in these nations,the article explores the theoretical foundations and practical implications of China's involvement in healthcare collaboration within African Arab countries.This paper provides a systematic review of the past 60 years of health development cooperation between China and African Arab countries,with a particular emphasis on the role of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in this collaboration,the latter has emerged as a key area of medical cooperation between the two sides.The aim is to actively explore supportive approaches for enhancing health development cooperation between China and Arab nations,offering constructive suggestions for addressing current challenges and guiding future growth in this domain.
