摘要
中国式现代化模式在阿拉伯世界引发了广泛关注和反响.阿拉伯国家政界、学界和普通民众对中国式现代化的态度和认知呈现多样性和复杂性.这些观点不仅深受历史交往、经济利益和政治因素的影响,还与文化传播、地缘政治以及媒体报道等多重因素紧密相关.阿拉伯国家尝试从中国独立自主的发展道路、改革开放引领的经济转型、以人民为中心的社会治理模式、和平发展的外交政策中汲取经验.提升中国式现代化影响力,关键在于中国全面落实"全球发展倡议""全球安全倡议""全球文明倡议"三大战略倡议.通过推动经济、安全和文化这三大关键领域的深层合作,中阿之间的交流与互鉴日益深化,从而为构建更加紧密的中阿命运共同体奠定坚实的基础.
Abstract
The Chinese path to modernization has aroused widespread attention and response in the Arab world.Attitudes and perceptions towards Chinese path to modernization among Arab political circles,academic communities,and the general public display diversity and complexity.These viewpoints are influenced not only by historical interactions,economic interests,and political factors but also closely related to cultural transmission,geopolitics,and media coverage among multiple factors.Arab countries can draw valuable lessons from China's independent development path,economic transformation led by reform and opening up,people-centered social governance model,and peaceful development foreign strategy.The key to enhancing the influence of Chinese path to modernization lies in the comprehensive implementation of the three major strategic initiatives,namely,the"Global Development Initiative",the"Global Security Initiative"and the"Global Civilization Initiative".By promoting deep cooperation in the three key areas of economy,security,and culture,exchanges and mutual learning between China and Arab countries are increasingly deepening,thus laying a solid foundation for building a closer China-Arab community with a shared future.
