Preparation and Performance Study of Adhesive for Repairing Leakage in the Main Structure of Underground Comprehensive Pipe Gallery
In order to improve the use and service performance of adhesives for repairing the leakage of underground comprehen-sive pipe rack column structures,the effects of epoxy resin ratio and accelerator addition in the adhesives on the surface dry per-formance,compressive shear strength,tensile shear strength,heat resistance,and water resistance of the adhesives were studied.The results showed that as the ratio of epoxy resin Ⅰ/Ⅱ decreased,the surface drying time of the adhesive first decreased and then increased,and the 3D compressive shear strength and 3D tensile shear strength first increased and then decreased.At a ratio ofⅠ/Ⅱ of 1∶1,the minimum surface drying time(29 minutes),the maximum 3D compressive shear strength(17.6 MPa),and the maximum 3D tensile shear strength(11.2 MPa)were obtained.At a promoter addition of 2%,the adhesive had good 7-day compressive shear strength at 0 ℃ The 7-day compressive shear strength at 80 ℃ and the 7-day compressive shear strength af-ter immersion in water have good heat and water resistance properties.As the aging time increases from 0 to 36 hours,the com-pressive shear strength and tensile shear strength of the adhesive show a trend of first increasing and then decreasing.The maxi-mum compressive shear strength and tensile shear strength are obtained at an aging time of 7 days.
