In the context of the integration of industry and education in the era of digital intelligence,the only way for high-quality development and transformation is for application-oriented universities to cultivate inno-vative and entrepreneurial talents with industry characteristics to meet the needs of regional economic develop-ment.Aiming at the lack of internal drive for entrepreneurship and innovation education in universities and en-terprises and the problem of entrepreneurship and innovation talent cultivation mechanism.Firstly,the appli-cation-oriented universities should focus on their advantages and define the goals of mass entrepreneurship and innovation.Secondly,based on the overall mechanism,clarify the relationship of"school enterprise gov-ernment"in the four-mass entrepreneurship and innovation subsystems of curriculum,thinking,practice and evaluation,and build a teaching system that integrates mass entrepreneurship and innovation capabilities and professional capabilities.Finally,the long-term development mode of modern industrial college of"co con-struction,co management and win-win"will be realized.
