Study on the Coupling Relationship between Intensive Utilization of Water Resources and High-quality Economic Development in Henan Province
It is significance to study the coordinated relationship between intensive utilization of water resources and high-quality economic development in Henan Province.The paper explored its development trend,and analyzed its coupling and coupling coordinated degree from 2005 to 2020.The results show that:1)The water consumption per unit of GDP has the highest weight,and the grain yield per unit of irrigation area has the low-est weight in the intensive utilization of water resources system.The tertiary industry share of GDP has the highest weight,and the sewage treatment rate has the lowest weight in the high-quality economic develop-ment system.2)The comprehensive evaluation level of intensive utilization of water resources is gradually im-proving,and the comprehensive evaluation index is showing a fluctuating growth trend.3)The comprehensive evaluation index of high-quality economic development is steadily increasing,and the comprehensive evalua-tion level is gradually transitioning to excellent.4)The development trend of coupling degree and coupling co-ordination degree has similar development trend.The coupling degree type is roughly at a high level of cou-pling,and the coupling coordination type is continuously optimized.
