Retrospect and Prospect of Research on Incentive Mechanism of Open Source Innovation
Since open source movement in 1980s,Open source innovation is attractive to many subjects and in-centive mechanism of open source innovation is study point of many scholars from different subject areas.Though many scholars are engaged in interdisciplinary study,incentive mechanism is studied mainly with in-trinsic and external motivation and with unitary study method,which are found with historical articles of open source innovation reviewed and managed.As shortages of Schumpeterian business innovation appear,lots of examples of open source innovation are emerging.Analyzing,summarizing and refining of open source innova-tive motivation find that incentive mechanism of open source innovation must change.Shortcomings of study are raised under the commentary of incentive mechanism of open source innovation,at the same time,forecas-ting of future incentive mechanism of open source innovation and Chinese innovative development perhaps are given some enlightenment points.
