Empirical Research on Economic Development Countermeasures of Opening to the West for Constructing the Dual Circulation Pattern under the"Belt and Road"Initiative——Taking Gansu Province as an Axample
Based on the dual circulation pattern,the paper takes the opening of the international business environment under the Belt and Road Initiative as the research object,constructs the core resource evaluation index system and evaluation method.Through SWOT analysis of Gansu Province's international business environment,it concludes its current situation and existing problems for opening to the west,analyses the changes in the international business environment in Gansu Province,and finally puts forward countermeasures and suggestions.The paper provides theoretical support for the integration of the western provinces into dual circulation pattern,the optimization of international business environment for opening to the west and the realization of high-quality regional economic development goals.
