燃气管网喷射火事故警戒区域的研究

为准确划分燃气泄漏事故现场的警戒范围,利用PHAST软件模拟天津市某燃气公司某段燃气管道在不同风速下管道破损后喷射火事故产生的热辐射影响范围;然后利用热辐射的影响范围划定重度、轻度等级的危险区域,并提出风险防范对策措施.结果表明:风速显著影响燃气泄漏事故影响范围,随着风速的增大,同一距离点的喷射火辐射强度减小,热辐射出现峰值的距离缩短,风速每增大5m/s,热辐射强度减小约4kW/m2,出现峰值的范围减小约1.5m;考虑喷射火影响划分警戒区,将热辐射通量为12.5kW/m2的区域作为重度危险区域,热辐射通量为4kW/m2的区域作为轻度危险区域.研究结果可为消防力量的布置及应急预案的制订提供理论依据.
Study on the Warning Area for Gas Pipeline Network Jet Fire Accidents
In order to accurately delineate the warning range at the scene of gas leakage accidents the warning range of urban gas pipeline network accidents is taken as the research object.The PHAST software is used t to simulate the range of thermal radiation effects caused by jet fire accidents in a gas pipeline of a certain gas company in Tianjin after pipeline damage at dif-ferent wind speeds.Then the influence range of thermal radiation is used to delimit the severe and mild grade danger area,and the risk prevention counter measures are put forward.The results show that wind speed significantly affects the range of gas leakage accidents.With the increase of the wind speed,the jet fire radiation intensity of the same distance point decrea-ses,and the distance of the peak thermal radiation is shortened.For the increase of the wind speed by 5m/s,the thermal ra-diation intensity decreases by about 4kW/m2,and the range of peak decreases by about 1.5m.Considering the impact of jet fire,the warning area with thermal radiation flux of 12.5kW/m2 is considered as severe hazard area,and the area with ther-mal radiation flux of 4kW/m2 is considered as mild hazard area.The results can provide theoretical basis for the layout of fire force and the formulation of emergency plan.
