摘要

为清晰、直观地分析全国各地区的道路交通安全水平,采用主成分分析法,以万车死亡率、万车受伤率、万车事故损失(万元)、万车事故率为指标,分析2013-2022年全国道路交通安全水平的变化.结果表明:2013-2022年,全国道路交通安全水平呈现逐步上升的趋势;2015和2020年,上海是道路交通安全水平均保持第一的城市,重庆是道路交通安全水平进步最大的城市.结合这2座城市交通安全治理经验提出扩建和改造路网、建设和优化公共交通、提高道路通行效率、完善法规建设、加强执法力度、加强对驾驶员和行人的教育和管理等提高道路交通安全水平的对策措施.

Abstract

In order to provide a clear and intuitive analysis of road traffic safety in various regions of the country,the princi-pal component analysis was used to analyze the changes in the national road traffic safety level from 2013 to 2022,using the indicators of mortality rate per 10 000 vehicles,injury rate per 10 000 vehicles,accident loss per 10 000 vehicles(RMB 10000),and accident rate per 10000 vehicles.The results indicate that the level of road traffic safety in China has shown a gradual upward trend from 2013 to 2022.In 2015 and 2020,Shanghai remained the city with the highest level of road traffic safety,while Chongqing made the greatest progress in road traffic safety.Based on the experience of traffic safety manage-ment in these two cities,measures are proposed to expand and renovate road networks,construct and optimize public trans-portation,improve road traffic efficiency and regulatory construction,strengthen law enforcement.In addition,it is necessary to strengthen the education and management of drivers and pedestrians to improve the level of road traffic safety.
