Research on the Influence of Safety Knowledge and Safety Climate on Construction Workers'Safety Behavior
In order to effectively reduce the occurrence of safety accidents in construction,comprehensively consider the in-fluence of individual cognition and organizational environmental factors on construction workers'unsafe behaviors,the hy-potheses based on literature analysis and the theory of planned behavior and the theory of knowing,believing,and acting have been put forward,a theoretical model of safety knowledge to safety behaviors has been constructed,and a survey and research on a sample of 289 construction workers has been carried out.The results show that:safety knowledge has a signifi-cant positive effect on safety behavior;safety attitude plays a partially mediating role between safety knowledge and safety behavior;safety climate positively moderates the direct effect of safety knowledge on safety attitude,and also positively moderates the mediating effect of safety attitude between safety knowledge and safety behavior.The results of the study reveal the mechanism and boundary conditions of construction workers'safety knowledge and safety behaviors,which help manag-ers of construction enterprises to understand the influence mechanism between construction workers'safety knowledge and safety behaviors from the perspective of the interaction between organizational and individual characteristics,and can provide new ideas for solving the current dilemma of the difficulty of construction workers'safety education and training.
