新工科背景下安全应急类人才KAPIV一体化培养模式探索

为加快安全应急类专业的升级改造,结合新工科建设要求,基于资料分析和经验总结,首先分析当前专业课堂建设和教学中存在的问题,包括信息技术教育不足,部分核心课程内容重复,教学模式与方法陈旧单一,学生学习的目的不明确,知识、实践、创新与能力培养缺少深度融合等;然后进行教学改革,将具有强烈目标导向的多门课程的核心知识点,按其内在联系进行整合,制作成微课程体系;最后依托微课程体系,以教学项目为载体和抓手,以学生为中心,将知识、能力、实践、创新、立德树人要素有机结合,开展KAPIV一体化人才培养.
Exploration of KAPIV Integrated Training Mode of Safety Emergency Talents Under the Background of New Engineering
In order to accelerate the upgrading and transformation of safety and emergency majors,this study combined with the requirements of new engineering construction,and started with analysis of current problems in the construction and teach-ing of professional courses on the basis of data analysis and experience summary.Problems include insufficient information technology education,repetitive content of some core courses,outdated and single teaching modes and methods,poor pur-posefulness of student learning,and lack of deep integration of knowledge,practice,innovation,and ability cultivation.Then teaching reform was carried out.The core knowledge points of many courses with strong goal orientation were integrat-ed according to their internal relations and made into a micro-course system.Relying on the micro-curriculum system,tak-ing the teaching project as the carrier and lever,and taking the student as the center,KAPIV integrated talent training was carried out by organically combining the elements of knowledge,ability,practice,innovation and moral cultivation.
