Comparison on Standardization at Home and Abroad and Analysis on Current Status of Fire Protection Standardization
In order to strengthen the subject responsibility of the fire safety and enrich the fire protection work governance,in this paper,through reviewing the standardization progress at home and abroad,the current status of local standards in the field of the fire protection was analyzed,the existing problems were found,and the countermeasures were proposed.The re-sults show that there are differences in aspects of standard preparation,talent cultivation,fund guarantee,and preparation course compared with abroad;that there are not exactly the same standardization development mode in different areas of Chi-na,in which,several means ware used to promote the standardization development,such as the standardization demonstra-tion project,the pilot project construction,the science and technology awards;and that although local standards obtain cer-tain achievement in the field of the fire protection,there are still problems such as non-equivalence between the preparation quantity and the application frequency of the local standard,dissatisfactory between the local standard quality and the actual demand,and mismatch between the quantity of standardization talent and the actual need.So,three countermeasures for im-proving the local standardization work in the field of the fire protection,i.e.,solidly carrying out the basic investigation and research,improving the quality and level of the standard,and promoting the construction of standardization talent teams,so as to provide help for the subsequent local standardization development in the field of the fire protection.
