煤层瓦斯抽采钻孔封孔材料研究进展与展望

为提高煤层瓦斯抽采钻孔封孔技术,降低矿井爆炸风险,首先,通过对比传统封孔材料和新型封孔材料,总结两者的优点及不足,得出新型无机—有机复合浆液既弥补了聚氨酯类有机材料成本高、阻燃性差和毒性大等缺点,又提升了水泥基材料的强度和粘结性能等;然后,基于封孔材料煤界面粘结机理,总结研究人员对水泥基材料进行的一系列改性实验,讨论不同外加剂、纳米材料对水泥基材料水化特性、凝结时间、强度等性能的影响以及存在的问题;最后,从性能全面提升、外加剂组合优化、成本控制3个方面提出建议和展望.
Research Progress and Expectation of Sealing Materials for Coal Seam Gas Extraction Drilling
To improve the sealing technology of coal seam gas extraction drilling and reduce the risk of mine explosion,this paper firstly summarises the advantages and shortcomings of traditional sealing materials and new sealing materials by compa-ring them. We conclude that the new inorganic-organic composite slurry not only makes up for the shortcomings of polyure-thane-type organic materials,such as high cost,poor flame retardancy and high toxicity,but also improves the strength and bonding properties of cementitious materials,etc. Then,based on the bonding mechanism of coal interface of sealing materi-als,we summarise a series of modification experiments carried out by the researchers on the cementitious materials,and dis-cuss the effects of different admixtures and nano-materials,such as hydration characteristics,setting time,strength and other properties,as well as existing problems;finally,this paper puts forward suggestions and prospects from three aspects,name-ly,comprehensive improvement of performance,optimization of admixture combinations,and cost control.
