瓷化粉形貌对陶瓷化硅橡胶性能的影响

为提升硅橡胶材料的本质安全,分别以硅灰石C-S6-A、C-S6-B和C-S6-C为瓷化粉,制备陶瓷化硅橡胶复合材料,研究瓷化粉形貌对陶瓷化硅橡胶复合材料性能的影响.实验结果表明:C-S6-B的粒径最大,为不规则的棒状,C-S6-A和C-S6-C的粒径相对较小,主要为不规则的片状;棒状形貌瓷化粉制备得到的陶瓷化硅橡胶复合材料的初始分解温度最高,达到488.9℃,极限氧指数值最高,为29.0%,拉伸强度最大,为7.30MPa,撕裂强度最大,为16.7kN/m,在高温下能形成更加紧实、致密的陶瓷体;与片状形貌的瓷化粉相比,使用棒状形貌瓷化粉制备得到的陶瓷化硅橡胶复合材料有着更佳的热稳定性、阻燃性能、力学性能和成瓷性能.
The Effect of Morphology of Ceramic Powder on the Properties of Ceramifying Silicone Rubber
To improve the intrinsic safety of silicone rubber materials,ceramifying silicone rubber composites were prepared using wollastonite C-S6-A,C-S6-B and C-S6-C as ceramic powder,and the effect of morphology pf ceramic powder on the properties of ceramifying silicone rubber composites was studied. The experimental results showed that the particle size of C-S6-B is the largest,irregular rod-shaped,while the particle sizes of C-S6-A and C-S6-C are relatively small,mainly irregular plate-shaped.The ceramifying silicone rubber composite material prepared from rod shaped ceramic powder showed the highest initial decomposition temperature of 488.9℃,the highest limiting oxygen index value of 29.0%,the highest ten-sile strength of 7.30MPa,and the highest tear strength of 16.7kN/m. What's more,it formed a more compact and denser ce-ramic body at high temperatures. The ceramifying silicone rubber composite material prepared with rod-shaped ceramic pow-der owned better thermal stability,flame retardancy,mechanical properties and ceramic-forming properties than that with plate-shaped ceramic powder.
