Assessment of the Primary and Middle Schools'Emergency Ability Based on the 4R Crisis Theory
In order to improve the emergency ability of primary and middle schools to deal with emergencies,firstly,accord-ing to the 4R crisis management theory,an evaluation index system for emergency ability of primary and middle schools was established.Secondly,the combination weight was determined by using Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)and Best Worst Method(BWM),and the emergency ability level of primary and middle schools to deal with emergencies was determined by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Finally,the evaluation system and methods were used in a primary school of Changzhou City.The results show that the emergency ability level of the primary school is"medium",which is generally at an acceptable level.Based on the results,relevant suggestions are put forward to improve the emergency management work of the primary school.
