The Absence and Promotion Path of Residents'Subjectivity in Community Emergency Governance From the Perspective of Empowerment Theory
To deeply analyze the current situation of the absence of residents'subjectivity in the emergency governance of grassroots communities in China, with the aim of advancing the improvement and development of the community emergency governance system,an empowerment theory perspective was adopted to analyze the subjectivity of residents in community e-mergency governance. From the perspective of empowerment theory,a profound analysis was conducted on the manifesta-tions of the absence of residents'subjectivity at the individual, organizational, and environmental levels. An effective path-way to enhance residents'subjectivity in community emergency governance was constructed through six empowerment di-mensions:self-empowerment,individual empowerment, group empowerment, organizational empowerment, community empowerment, and political empowerment. This not only strengthened the depth and breadth of residents'participation in e-mergency governance but also enriched,to a certain extent, the theoretical and practical research on residents'participation in community emergency governance.
