基于OBE理念的安全工程本科生科研创新能力培养研究

为促进创新型人才的培养,提升本科生科研创新能力,通过分析我国安全工程专业本科生的科研创新能力培养方面存在的问题,提出基于OBE理念的"导师全程跟踪和指导—大二、大三聚焦大学生创新训练项目和各类大学生竞赛—大四毕业论文和实习—各类科研奖励机制贯穿全过程"的科研创新能力培养路径;并以北京科技大学安全工程专业本科生为例,详细论述作者所在团队应用基于OBE理念的全过程科研创新能力培养路径的实施成效.结果表明:组建的科研小组以项目为基础在导师的指导下参与各类大学生竞赛,学生以优异的成绩毕业,取得项目获得一等奖、申请2 项专利等成果.本科生科研创新能力培养路径实用且有效,对于提升本科生科研创新能力具有一定的理论指导价值和现实意义.
Study on Cultivation of Scientific Research and Innovation Ability of Safety Engineering Undergraduates Based on OBE Concept
In order to promote the cultivation of innovation-type talents and enhance the scientific research and innovation a-bility of undergraduates,through analyzing the existing problems in scientific research and innovation ability of undergraduate students of the safety engineering major in China,a kind of whole process of the cultivation route for the scientific research and innovation ability,i.e.the whole process of tutor trail and guidance-focusing on the undergraduate cultivation train pro-ject and all kinds of undergraduate contest in sophomore year and junior year-graduation dissertation and internship-the whole process of all kinds of scientific research reward mechanisms,is put forward based on the OBE concept.Taking the undergraduate students majoring in safety engineering in University of Science and Technology Beijing as examples,The im-plement effect in applying the whole process of the scientific research and innovation ability cultivation by the team authors worked with was discussed in more detail.Several achievements were obtained such as the scientific research team takes part in all kinds of undergraduate competitions under the guidance of tutors on the basis of the project,the research project wins the first prize,and the project acquires 2 patents.The results show that the proposed approach is practical and effective.It al-so has certain theoretical guiding value and practical significance for improving undergraduate scientific research and innova-tion ability.
