安全人机工程学的一核双环混合式教学组织创新与实践

为满足当前数智时代对新工科本科教学的要求,结合当前新工科教育发展趋势,以安全人机工程学课程教学为例,提出以教师教学能力提升和学生学习能力培养为目标的"一核双环"混合式教学模式.该模式以精品课程和自建线上课程资源为基础,通过BOPPPS教学组织、对比讲授、过程性评价、课程思政融入等方式对教学活动进行全面优化,有效提升学生的学习参与度和满意度,同时也促进师生的共同成长.该教学组织模式适用于具有跨学科特性的基础专业课程教学,为新工科教育的深化改革提供实践参考与借鉴.
Innovation and Practice of One-core and Dual-loop Hybrid Teaching in Safety Ergonomics
In order to meet the requirements of the current digital-intelligence era for undergraduate teaching in emerging en-gineering disciplines,combined with the current development trend of the new engineering education,taking the teaching of safe ergonomics course as an example.The"one-core and dual-loop"mixed teaching mode with the goal of improving teachers teaching ability and cultivating students learning ability is proposed.This mode is based on high-quality courses and self-built online course resources.Teaching activities are comprehensively optimized through BOPPPS teaching organization,comparative teaching,process evaluation,curriculum ideological and political integration and other ways.As a result,it ef-fectively elevates students'learning engagement and satisfaction,while also fostering mutual growth between teachers and students.This teaching organizational model is suitable for foundational professional courses with interdisciplinary characteris-tics,offering practical references and insights for the deepening reform of emerging engineering education.
