基于AHP和熵权法的航空维修差错致因因素分析

为准确识别航空维修差错重要致因因素,提升预防措施制定的针对性,基于由人员、硬件、软件以及环境组成的SHEL模型构建了航空维修差错致因评价指标体系,以海军航空兵某部队航空维修为例采用层次分析法(AHP)和熵权法对各指标重要度进行分析,结合两者的分析结果,提出预防措施.分析结果显示:层次分析法获得的主要致因因素为人际关系和交际能力、信息平台、生理/心理素质、工作负荷和人员培训;熵权法获得的主要致因因素为飞机结构、人员培训、人际关系和交际能力、维修装备与设备以及知识与技能;提出该部队可通过信息化等手段强化过程记录以确保工作交接完备等措施.
Analysis on Causative Factors of Aviation Maintenance Errors Based on AHP and Entropy Weight Method
In order to accurately identify the important causes of aviation maintenance errors and improve the pertinence of preventive measures,an evaluation index system of cause of aviation maintenance error is set up based on SHEL model com-posed of personnel,hardware,software and environment.Taking the aviation maintenance of a naval aviation unit as an ex-ample,the importance of each index is analyzed by AHP and entropy weight method,and combining the results of both ana-lyses,the preventive measures are proposed.The analysis results showed that the main causative factors obtained by AHP are interpersonal and communicative competence,information platform,physical/psychological quality,workload and personnel training.The main causative factors obtained by entropy weight method are aircraft structure,personnel training,interpersonal and communicative ability,maintenance equipment and equipment,and knowledge and skills.It is suggested that the army can strengthen the process records by means of information technology to ensure the complete handover of work and other measures.
