矸石承载沿空留巷顶板切缝卸压控制与远程监测技术应用

为解决深部高应力巷道沿空留巷围岩控制困难的问题,应用矸石承载沿空留巷顶板切缝控制技术,通过FLAC3D数值模拟软件对某矿主采 3 煤进行模拟实验.结果表明:当顶板岩层的控制效果较好时,切缝高度为 1400 mm,且切缝难度不大;袋装矸石墙的最佳宽度为 2000 mm,此宽度材料和工时均合理.并结合现代传感器技术、数据传输技术、数据分析与处理技术以及自动化控制技术,提出深部高应力巷道沿空留巷围岩变形远程监测,可实时监测巷道围岩变形情况,精准掌握其稳定性,预警临界安全状态,为巷道围岩稳定性提供有力保障.
Research on the Control and Remote Monitoring Technology of Pressure Relief Through Cutting Joints in the Roof of Goaf Retaining Roadway Supported by Gangue
In order to solve the problem of controlling the surrounding rock along gob-side entry retaining in deep high stress roadway coal mines,FLAC3D numerical simulation software was used to simulate 3 coal in a mine by applying roof slit con-trol technology of gob-side entry retaining by bearing gangue.The results show that when the control effect of the roof rock layer is better,the slit height is 1400 mm,and the difficulty of cutting is not high.The optimal width for bagged gangue walls is 2000 mm,and this width material and working time are reasonable.Moreover,it is proposed that combining modern sensor technology,data transmission technology,data analysis and processing technology and automatic control technology,the remote monitoring technology of the deformation of surrounding rock along gob-side entry retaining in deep high stress roadway can be realized,real-time monitor the deformation of surrounding rock of roadway,accurate grasp of its stability,early warn of critical safety status,and provide a strong guarantee for the stability of surrounding rock of roadway.
