Study on the Diffusion and Migration Law of Dust Under Dynamic Dust Production Conditions in Comprehensive Excavation Faces
To explore the dust migration law of the fully excavated tunnel, the dust concentration along the comprehensive excavated roadway was measured at the site of the 42221 Chaijiagou well in Yuhua Coal Mine. The distribution law of local high-concentration dust was analyzed, and the distribution of gas-solid two-phase flow field in the roadway and the migra-tion law of dust at different dust source locations(the side of the compressor duct, the center of the head, and the side of the sidewalk on the opposite side of the compressor duct)were studied by combining CFD simulation technology. The results show that the dust is easy to diffuse with the wind to the air outlet on the compressor duct side because the position of the air outlet on the side of the compressor is higher than the sidewalk side of the head-on and opposite side of the compressor, and the concentration is as high as 1100 mg/m3.The head-on is the main source of dust production, the average concentrations of total dust and exhaled dust is 991.9 mg/m3 and 329.7 mg/m3,respectively,where the dust is affected by high-speed tur-bulent flow, and the wind flow is the most chaotic, and the control is the most difficult.A large amount of dust accumulate in the tunnels, especially on the top of the tunnel boring machine, and the dust concentrations is up to 880 mg/m3.At the same time, the vortex air flow between the roadheader and the coal wall causes the dust to rise to a certain height, and the dust concentration in the breathing zone in the working area of roadheader increases, and the dust concentration on the side-walk side of roadway is relatively low, about 320 mg/m3.
