抗结冰防寒灭火防护服系列装备改进研究

为进一步提升北方消防员的作战效率,解决消防员装备低温结冰的问题,开展系列个人防护装备的改进研究.基于聚酰亚胺纤维和预氧丝材料、疏水硅橡胶涂层整理工艺、聚四氟乙烯膜复合工艺开展研究,形成抗结冰型防护服和消防手套、保暖头套、防静电内衣和保暖袜、保暖绒衣、保暖絮片内胆系列装备,并进行实验验证.结果表明:系列装备符合相关标准的要求,其中防护服具有不易结冰和易于除冰的抗结冰性,同时燃烧假人试验验证了系列装备的整体热防护性能,低温暖体假人试验验证了系列装备的保暖性能.
Study on Improving Series Equipment of Anti-icing and Cold-proof Fire Protective Clothing
In order to improve the firefighting and rescuing efficiency of northern firemen and solve the icing problem of the fire equipment in the cold environment,series personal protective equipment were studied.The series equipment such as anti-icing protective clothing,glove,head warmer,antistatic underwear,thermal sock,thermal sweater,and thermal batting in-ner liner were formed based on polyimide fiber,pre-oxidized fiber,hydrophobic silicon rubber coating technology and PTFE composite technique.The experiment verification was carried out.The results show that series equipment meet the require-ments of relative standards,the protective clothing has the anti-icing property with longer icing time and lower de-icing force;and that series equipment's whole thermal protective performance is confirmed by the manikin burning test,and series equipment's warmth retention property is confirmed by the low-temperature thermal manikin test.
