Study on Risk Assessment of Deep Foundation Pit Engineering Disasters Induced by Urban Floods
This work is aimed to scientifically and accurately obtain the flood control management situation and common weak links of deep foundation pit engineering, and to improve the accuracy and systematicity of foundation pit construction units in responding to deep foundation pit flood disasters.Firstly,a risk assessment index system for deep foundation pit flooding is constructed by analyzing the risk factors of foundation pit flooding, the sensitivity of disaster-prone environments, the vul-nerability of disaster-bearing bodies, and the ability to prevent and reduce disasters. Then, the weight data of each level in-dex are obtained through the application of the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP),while the evaluation scores of each level index are achieved through utilization of the Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation(FCE)method. Finally,we take an existing practical deep foundation pit project based in Jinan as an example to conduct the disaster risk assessment by applying the aforementioned method. The results show that the example deep foundation pit project obtains a"medium"risk level during the comprehensive evaluation, and the disaster prevention and mitigation capability have the greatest adverse impact on the flood risk of deep foundation pits. The risk indicators that require particular attention and improvement in the management of flood risks in deep foundation pits are summarized in order to enhance the level of flood control management in the field of deep foundation pit engineering.
