建筑电气火灾事故原因分析及事故预防系统的研究

为应对日益严重的建筑电气火灾事故,本文采用事故致因"2-4"模型对 66 起典型建筑电气火灾事故的不安全动作和状态进行统计分析和归纳总结,识别出操作不当、违规存储易燃物品、缺乏安全教育等导致事故的主要原因.在此基础上,建立了一个包含多个功能模块的事故预防系统,该系统集成了事故数据记录、应急管理、安全教育培训等功能模块.研究表明:该系统在减少建筑电气火灾事故的发生频率、提高安全教育水平等方面具有显著效果;通过系统化的安全管理和教育培训,可显著降低火灾事故的发生风险.未来将进一步完善预防系统的功能模块,以增强其在不同应用场景下的适应性.
Analysis of Causes of Building Electrical Fire Accidents and Research on Accident Prevention Systems
In order to cope with the increasingly severe issue of building electrical fire accidents,in this paper,the"2-4"model was used to statistically analyze and generally summarize the unsafe action and status in 66 typical building electrical fire accidents.The main causes of accidents were identified,including improper operation,illegal storage of flammable mate-rials,and lack of safety education,etc.On this basis,an accident prevention system with multi-function models was con-structed.This system integrates functions such as accident data recording,emergency management,and safety education and training.The results show that this prevention system is effectively in reducing the frequency of building electrical fires and improving the level of the safety education;and that systematic safety management and education can significantly reduce the risk of fire accidents.The system's function modules will be further improved to enhance its adaptability in various applica-tion scenarios.
