基于生物质气化实验装置的安全工程专业人才培养案例

安全工程教育教学过程中,为探索培养具有解决复杂安全工程问题能力的复合型安全工程专业人才的实践教学模式,本文基于自建的生物质气化实验装置,提出一种具有复杂安全工程问题特征,且适用于安全工程本科专业学生进行实验或实践教学的综合性实验平台.该平台属于缩微型生产系统,涉及至少 12 类安全生产事故、10 余种安全设施、4 种不同类型的除尘器、3 种生产中的火灾危险性.利用该平台可进行生物质气化规律、焦油及粉尘净化技术以及气化燃气的燃爆现象再现等方面的研究,以及隐患辨识和定量风险评价、生产事故类别分析、生产火灾危险性分析、安全设施分析和安全管理状况分析等.该平台的建立有助于培养和提高安全专业学生解决复杂安全工程问题的能力和素质.
Safety Engineering Talent Training Case Based on Biomass Gasification Test Device
In the process of safety engineering education and teaching,in order to explore the practical teaching mode of cul-tivating inter-disciplinary safety engineering talents with the ability to solve complex safety engineering problems,based on the self-established biomass gasification experimental equipment,this paper proposes a comprehensive experiment platform owning the characterization of complex safety engineering problems,which is suitable for undergraduate students in safety engineering to proceed experiments or practical teaching.This platform is a small-scale production system,involving at least 12 types of safety production accidents,more than 10 types of safety facilities,4 different types of dust collectors,and 3 types of fire hazards in production.This platform can be used for research on biomass gasification laws,tar and dust purifica-tion technologies,the reproduction of gasification gas combustion and explosion phenomena,as well as hazard identification and quantitative risk assessment,production accident category analysis,production fire hazard analysis,safety facility analy-sis,and safety management status analysis.The establishment of this platform is helpful to train and improve the ability and quality of the students in safety engineering to solve complex safety engineering problems.
