铝制穹顶储罐火灾事故分析及防控研究

摘要
为避免铝制穹顶储罐火灾事故发生,通过对典型事故案例的事故原因进行分析,从提升安全防护技术、加强安全管理、提高应急管理水平 3 个方面,提出了对大型外浮顶储罐事故防控的措施,对保障大型油气储存基地安全风险防控具有指导意义.
Abstract
In order to avoid the fire accident of alumi-num dome storage tank,through the analysis of the accident causes of typical accident cases,from the three aspects of improving safety protection technolo-gy,strengthening safety management and improving emergency management level,the prevention and control measures for large external floating roof stor-age tank accidents were put forward,which had guid-ing significance for ensuring the safety risk prevention and control of large oil and gas storage base.
