为确保丁二烯罐区安全,通过危险与可操作性分析方法,对某新建丁二烯罐区在设计环节的工艺流程危险和可操作性问题进行系统分析,并对产生偏离的原因及产生的后果进行阐述;通过风险矩阵方法判定后果的风险等级,结合现有安全措施,提出进一步降低风险的建议措施,以达到可接受风险的水平。结果可为同类丁二烯罐区的设计和安全管理提供借鉴。
Application of HAZOP Analysis and Risk Matrix in the Design of Butadiene Tank Farms
In order to ensure the safety of butadiene tank farms,the risk and operability of a new butadi-ene tank farm in the design of the process risk and operability were systematically analyzed,and the cau-ses of deviation and consequences were described.Through the risk matrix method to determine the risk level of consequences,combined with the existing se-curity measures,measures for further risk reduction to achieve an acceptable level of risk were proposed.The results can provide reference for the design and safety management of similar butadiene tank farms.
