摘要
从风险预警的概念、风险预警与风险监测的区别出发,全面梳理了国内外企业在实践中应用的各类风险预警思路及存在的问题,阐述了某企业进行前瞻性风险预警的需求,探索总结了风险预警工作思路及其在污染物排放管理中的具体应用.
Abstract
Starting from the concept of risk warning,the difference between risk warning and risk monito-ring,various risk warning ideas and existing problems applied by domestic and foreign enterprises in prac-tice were comprehensively sorted out.The needs of enterprises for forward-looking risk warning were e-laborated on,and the work ideas of risk warning and its specific applications in pollutant emission manage-ment were explored and summarized.
