摘要
为减少石化员工在易燃易爆场所下的伤亡情况,结合有关国家技术标准规定,从阻燃纤维组成、混纺比例要求,以及实践检验数据等多个角度,特别是阻燃防护服在轰燃测试条件下的试验数据,深入分析了影响阻燃防护服阻燃防护性能的重要因素,以及在生产、使用中需要重点关注的事项.根据防护服内在、外在以及洗涤次数等方面的分析,总结了开展该项测试需关注的技术细节.明确提出了在混纺制作阻燃防护服中,要保障对位芳纶基本比例等技术要点.
Abstract
In order to reduce the casualties of petro-chemical employees in flammable and explosive places,combined with relevant national technical standards and regulations,the important factors af-fecting the flame retardant protective performance of flame retardant protective clothing from multiple per-spectives such as flame retardant fiber composition,blending ratio requirements,and practical inspection data,especially the test data of flame retardant pro-tective clothing under detonation test conditions,as well as the key issues that need to be paid attention to in production and use were analyzed in depth.Based on the analysis of the internal,external,and washing frequency of protective clothing,the technical details that needed to be paid attention to in conducting this test were summarized.It was clearly stated.that in the production of flame-retardant protective clothing in blended textiles,technical points such as ensuring the basic proportion of para aramid fibers should be en-sured,providing reference for flame retardant protec-tive clothing to meet requirements under flashover con-ditions.
