摘要
安全生产不仅是企业健康发展的重要前提,更是贯彻落实总体国家安全观的具体要求.围绕安全生产领导引领力这个主题,以某大型国有油田企业为例,聚焦领导干部这个"关键少数",抓住领导引领力这个"牛鼻子",阐明了安全生产领导引领力建设存在的问题,从思想、制度、行动、考核等4个方面探索提出了路径和措施,为国有企业提升安全生产领导引领力、推动安全生产提供有益借鉴.
Abstract
Production safety is not only an important prerequisite for the healthy development of enterpri-ses,but also a specific requirement for the implemen-tation of the overall national security concept.Around the theme of the leading power of production safety,taking a large state-owned oilfield enterprise as an ex-ample,by focusing on the"key minority"of leading cadres and capturing the"nose"of leading power,the problems existing in the construction of leading power of production safety were expounded,and the paths and measures from four aspects,including ide-ology,system,action and assessment were explored.It can provide useful reference for state-owned enter-prises to enhance the leading power of safety produc-tion and promote safety production.
