重质油水平喷射火火灾特性研究

为研究高温重质油水平喷射火的火灾特性演化规律,开展了不同喷射压力和喷嘴直径下的水平喷射火试验,利用图像识别技术处理火焰燃烧视频,提取火焰水平投影距离和火焰高度,进而总结得到了火焰水平投影距离和火焰高度的预测模型。结果表明:随着喷射压力的增加,增加喷嘴直径,水平投影距离受其影响的敏感性逐渐减小。在大喷嘴直径时,增加喷射压力,对于火焰高度的抑制阶段要比小喷嘴直径的抑制阶段更早到达,对于火焰高度的抑制效果也会更为明显。利用Allometricl方程和二阶多项式函数方程建立的火焰水平投影距离和火焰高度的预测模型,R2 均高于0。8,能够实现对两者的有效预测。
Study on Fire Characteristics of Horizontal Jet Fire of Heavy Oil
In order to study the evolution of the fire characteristics of the horizontal jet fire of high tem-perature heavy oil,the horizontal jet fire test was car-ried out under different jet pressure and nozzle diame-ter.Image recognition technology was used to process the flame combustion video,and the flame horizontal projection distance and flame height were extracted.The results showed that the sensitivity of horizontal projection distance decreased with the increase of jet pressure and nozzle diameter.When the nozzle diam-eter was large and the injection pressure was in-creased,the suppression stage of the flame height would arrive earlier than that of the small nozzle di-ameter,and the suppression effect of the flame height would be more obvious.The prediction model of flame horizontal projection distance and flame height established by Allometricl equation and second-order polynomial function equation had R2 higher than 0.8,which can realize effective prediction of both.
