油田企业高质量安全培训实施路径探析

摘要
梳理分析了油田企业安全培训现状,提出了理顺培训机制,压实培训责任;科学开展调研,把准培训需求;构建培训矩阵,精准培训内容;优化组织运行,确保效果质量;重视监督评估,促进持续优化等五大过程的管理措施,为提升企业安全管理水平和从业人员安全素质提供可借鉴的路径,促进企业安全培训主体责任落实.
Abstract
The present situation of safety training of oilfield enterprises was analyzed.The management measures of five processes,including rationalizing training mechanism,compacting training responsibili-ty,scientifically carrying out research,identifying training needs,constructing training matrix and pre-cise training content,optimizing organization and op-eration,ensuring effect quality,emphasizing supervi-sion and evaluation,and promoting continuous opti-mization were put forward.This provided a referential path for improving the level of enterprise safety man-agement and the safety quality of employees,and promoted the implementation of the main responsibili-ty of enterprise safety training.
