摘要

结合炼化企业污水处理系统碳排放特征,全面总结分析在污水提标和降碳双重压力下,开展协同减污降碳的实施方法及成效,提出了强化源头节水增效、实施污水处理节能降碳、建设智慧化管控、开展产研学合作的减污降碳路径,为行业推进污染物与碳排放协同治理提供可借鉴的技术和方法.

Abstract

Combined with the carbon emission charac-teristics of the sewage treatment system of refining and chemical enterprises,the implementation meth-ods and effects of collaborative pollution reduction and carbon reduction under the dual pressure of sew-age upgrading and carbon reduction were comprehen-sively summarized and analyzed,and the pollution reduction and carbon reduction paths of strengthening water saving and efficiency at the source,implemen-ting energy saving and carbon reduction in sewage treatment,building intelligent management and con-trol,and carrying out industry-research cooperation were proposed.It provided referential technologies and methods for the industry to promote the collabora-tive treatment of pollutants and carbon emissions.
