摘要

在蒸汽裂解装置中,裂解炉热效率是评价裂解炉先进性、运行状况和节能降耗水平的重要指标.以某炼化企业80×104 t/a蒸汽裂解装置的CBL型炉为例,全面分析了影响裂解炉热效率的主要因素,并根据分析结果从设备、物料、操作、管理4个方面提出了裂解炉热效率的优化措施,以期实现装置的节能降耗,为裂解炉热效率优化及安全稳定运行提供参考.

Abstract

In steam cracking unit,the thermal effi-ciency of cracking furnace is an important index to e-valuate the advanced status,running status and energy saving and consumption reduction level of cracking furnace.Taking the CBL furnace of a steam cracking unit with an annual output of 80×104 tons in a refining and chemical enterprise as an example,the main fac-tors affecting the thermal efficiency of the cracking fur-nace were comprehensively analyzed,and according to the analysis results,the optimization measures for the thermal efficiency of the cracking furnace were pro-posed from four aspects of equipment,materials,oper-ation and management,in order to achieve energy sav-ing and consumption reduction of the unit,and pro-vide reference for the thermal efficiency optimization,and safe and stable operation of the cracking furnace.
