基于红外热成像的精馏塔冷凝器液位识别装置及算法研发

在传统原油精馏热旁路法控制塔压过程中,当塔顶不凝气含量较高时,塔压控制存在一定滞后,极端情况下存在回流泵抽空损伤、压力失控等风险,严重影响装置安全生产。为了解决上述问题,提出一种热旁路红外液位识别装置设计方案,在热旁路法塔压调节工艺中加入红外液位识别控制流程,当不凝气大量集聚造成操作大幅波动时,自动触发冷凝液位识别控制回路,精准调节液位,从而降低热旁路塔压控制风险,提升装置安全水平。建立的基于数字图像处理算法的液位识别模型,经验证综合准确率达 97。63%,能够满足工业需要。
Research and Development of Liquid Level Identification Device and Algorithm of Condenser in Distillation Column Based on Infrared
In the process of tower pressure control by thermal bypass method in the traditional crude oil rectification process,when the content of non-con-densed gas at the top of the tower is high,there is a certain lag in the control of tower pressure,and in extreme cases,there are risks such as evacuation damage of reflux pump and pressure loss,which seri-ously affect the safe production of the unit.In order to solve the above problems,a design scheme of ther-mal bypass infrared level identification device was proposed.The infrared level identification control process was added to the tower pressure regulation process of thermal bypass method.When a large a-mount of non-condensable gas accumulated and caused large fluctuations in operation,the condensate level identification control loop was automatically trig-gered to accurately adjust the liquid level,thereby reducing the risk of thermal bypass tower pressure control and improving the safety level of the device.The accuracy of the liquid level identification model based on digital image processing algorithm was 97.63%,which can meet the needs of industry.
