摘要

针对我国氢能"制-储-运"安全与应急保障技术缺乏系统性研究的现状,结合某石化加氢站在安全运营及应急救援方面的实践经验,分析了加氢站运营中的安全风险及挑战,通过采取"防-断-控"的应急救援对策,即预防氢气泄漏、切断氢气物料和撤离无关人员、控制燃烧等手段,有助于实现加氢站安全运营的目标.

Abstract

In view of the lack of systematic research on hydrogen energy"manufacturing-storage-transpor-tation"safety and emergency support technology in China,combined with the practical experience of safe operation and emergency rescue in a petrochemical hydrogenation station,the safety risks and challenges in hydrogenation station operation were analyzed.The emergency rescue countermeasures of"prevention-break-control"were adopted,including preventing hydrogen leakage,cutting off hydrogen materials,e-vacuating irrelevant personnel,and controlling com-bustion.which were helpful to achieve the goal of safe operation of hydrogen refueling stations.
