吸附法油气回收装置参数优化及改造提升探索

基于油库活性炭吸附法油气回收装置的运行原理和实际运行过程中存在的问题,以油气回收处理能力 700 m3/h的油库为例,从优化运行参数和新增装置两方面对回收系统进行优化改造,结果表明:优化炭床吸附设定值、吸收塔高低液位保护设定值、活性炭高温报警值和进油流量可提高油气回收效率;新增的引风系统和冷凝装置,可提高油气回收效率且能达到排放要求。采用以上改造提升方案,油库油气回收效率可提高2‰,按照汽油年出库 30×104 t,每吨 1 万元计,单库回收增量30 万人民币/年。
Exploration on Parameter Optimization and Upgrading of Oil and Gas Recovery Unit by Adsorption Method
Based on the operation principle and prob-lems existing in the actual operation process of the oil and gas recovery device of the oil and gas recovery and processing capacity of 700 m3/h,the oil and gas recovery system was optimized and reformed from two aspects of optimizing operation parameters and adding new devices.The results showed that the oil and gas recovery efficiency can be improved by optimizing the adsorption setting value of carbon bed,the protection setting value of the high and low level of the absorp-tion tower,the high temperature alarm value of acti-vated carbon and the oil inlet flow rate.Additional ventilation systems and condensing units increased the efficiency of oil and gas recovery and met emis-sion requirements.Using the above transformation and upgrading plan,the oil and gas recovery efficien-cy of the oil depot can be increased by 2‰.Accord-ing to the annual output of 30×104 tons of gasoline,1×104 RMB per ton,the single storage had a recover-y increase of 30×104 RMB/year.
