摘要
为探寻员工心理因素对安全行为的重要影响,剖析其背后的原因,从某煤化工企业安全生产实际出发,根据近年来该企业培育员工安全心智模式的实践探索,提出从强化安全意识、强化心智训练、强化习惯养成 3 个方面来提升员工安全心智模式,并在安全生产全流程中针对事前、事中、事后3 个不同阶段,加强员工安全心理建设的措施进行研究阐述.实践表明,安全心理建设对于强化员工安全意识、促进员工心理成长、培育本质安全员工,进而推进企业本质安全建设是有利有效的.
Abstract
In order to explore the important influence of employees′ psychological factors on safety behavior and analyze the reasons behind it,based on the actu-al safety production of a coal chemical enterprise and the practical exploration of cultivating employees′safety mental model in recent years,it was proposed to enhance employees′ safety mental model from three aspects,such as strengthening safety awareness,strengthening mental training and strengthening habit formation.In the whole process of safety production,the measures to strengthen the construction of employ-ees′ safety psychology were studied and elaborated in three different stages of before,during and after.Practice showed that the construction of safety psy-chology was beneficial and effective for strengthening the safety consciousness of employees,promoting the psychological growth of employees,cultivating intrin-sically safe employees,and then promoting the con-struction of enterprise intrinsically safe.
