Research on Data-driven Centralized Anti-corrosion Monitoring System for Static Equipment in Refining and Chemical Plant
Equipment corrosion is a prominent prob-lem that restricts the long-term safe operation of e-quipment.Due to the complex corrosion process,nu-merous influencing factors,high labor cost and une-ven level of corrosion detection,and widespread data island phenomenon,it is difficult to timely and accu-rately discover corrosion risk points from massive da-ta.With the development of big data,cloud compu-ting,artificial intelligence and 5G technology,the deep integration trend of corrosion protection technol-ogy and information technology was further acceler-ated.Under this background,a data-driven central-ized anti-corrosion monitoring system for refinery stat-ic equipment was designed and developed,guided by the professional anti-corrosion business needs of static equipment.The overall technical framework of the system design and the main functions of 8 modules such as raw material monitoring,process anticorro-sion,corrosion monitoring and testing,data-driven model and dynamic risk warning were introduced.Through full access to equipment condition monitoring data,the corrosion model and prediction function were deepened,and the anticorrosion management was promoted from experience and system driven to data and model driven,so as to realize the compre-hensive utilization of data,hierarchical corrosion risk management and decision-making guidance.
