摘要
为进一步加强承包商监督管理,建立健全承包商自身HSE管理体系,提升承包商自我管理能力,确保HSE管理体系要求在承包商管理中得到有效执行,某石化公司建立并组织开展承包商领域HSE管理体系审核,通过制定体系审核标准,组建公司体系审核队伍,进行分组分阶段审核,开展审核总结和溯源分析,最后运用体系审核结果进行持续改进,不断推进承包商HSE体系建设,确保公司和承包商体系深度融合,从而有效提升承包商HSE管理水平.
Abstract
In order to further strengthen the supervi-sion and management of contractors,establish and improve the contractor′s own HSE management sys-tem,improve the contractor′s self-management abili-ty,and ensure that the requirements of the HSE man-agement system are effectively implemented in con-tractor management,in recent years,a petrochemical company has established and organized the audit of the HSE management system in the field of contrac-tors.Through the formulation of system audit stand-ards,the company′s system audit team has been set up,the audit has been conducted in groups and sta-ges,and the audit summary and traceability analysis have been carried out.Finally,the results of system audit were used for continuous improvement,and the construction of the contractor′s HSE system was con-stantly promoted to ensure the deep integration of the company′s and contractor′s systems,thus effectively improving the contractor′s HSE management level.
