在企业安全发展中发挥党建引领作用的思考

摘要
企业实现高水平安全发展,要以党的建设为引领,以本质安全建设为基础.将党建"软实力"转化为促进安全生产的"硬支撑",可以形成企业安全管理齐抓共管的整体合力.作为具有高风险特点的石油石化行业,以某采油厂为例,通过发挥党组织的思想政治优势、组织优势、密切联系群众优势,将党建引领贯穿到安全生产管理全过程,为更高标准、更严要求、更实举措落实安全管理工作,守住安全生产红线底线发挥重要支撑保障作用.
Abstract
To achieve high-level security develop-ment,enterprises should take the Party building as the guide and the essential security construction as the basis.Transforming the"soft power"of Party building into the"hard support"of promoting safe production can form an overall joint force of enter-prise safety management.As a petroleum and petro-chemical industry with high-risk characteristics,tak-ing an oil extraction plant as an example,by giving play to the ideological and political advantages of the Party organization,organizational advantages,and advantages of close contact with the masses,the party building leadership was run through the whole process of production safety management,playing an impor-tant supporting role in implementing safety manage-ment for higher standards,more stringent require-ments,and more practical measures,and maintaining the red line of production safety.
