摘要

当前学者对人因可靠性分析方法进行了大量有效应用与改进,以评估人在复杂系统中的操作效率、可靠性和安全性.然而,在众多人因可靠性分析方法中选择适合的分析方法,需要开展对比研究.因此,通过查阅CNKI中国知网资源,选取 CREAM、HEART、SLIM、SPAR-H、THERP这 5 种常用的人因可靠性分析方法,基于文献计量学开展对比分析,以量化呈现各人因可靠性分析方法的使用领域和趋势.结果显示,5 种人因可靠性分析方法的选择排序为 CREAM>HEART>THERP>SLIM>SPAR-H,即CREAM为使用度相对较高的评价方法.本研究得出的人因可靠性分析方法排序能为未来人因可靠性分析方法在各个领域的选取和应用提供有效参考及指导.

Abstract

Currently,scholars have extensively ap-plied and improved human reliability analysis meth-ods to evaluate the operational efficiency,reliability,and safety of humans in complex systems.However,selecting the appropriate analysis method among nu-merous human reliability analysis methods requires comparative research.Therefore,by consulting CNKI China Knowledge Infrastructure resources,five com-monly used human reliability analysis methods,namely CREAM,HEART,SLIM,SPAR-H,and THERP,were selected for comparative analysis based on bibliometrics to quantitatively present the applica-tion areas and trends of each human reliability analy-sis method.The results showed that the selection ranking of the five human reliability analysis methods was CREAM>HEART>THERP>SLIM>SPAR-H,in-dicating that CREAM was a relatively high usage e-valuation method.The ranking of human reliability a-nalysis methods obtained in this study can provide ef-fective reference and guidance for the selection and application of future human reliability analysis meth-ods in various fields.
