绿证交易与企业减碳的实践初探

摘要
随着绿证交易的普及,绿证作为可再生能源发电企业的证明不断被用电企业购买.绿证交易不仅能够证明用电企业使用了环保的可再生能源电力,还能带来经济与环保双重效益.通过分析天津某石化公司购买绿电及使用绿证前后的经济效益,证实绿证交易后能够在企业用电方面减少经济支出,并达到减碳的作用,为国内其他用电企业提供借鉴参考.
Abstract
With the popularization of green certifi-cate trading,green certificates,as proof of renew-able energy generation enterprises,are constantly being purchased by electricity consuming enterpri-ses.Green certificate trading not only proves that e-lectricity consuming enterprises have used environ-mentally friendly renewable energy electricity,but also brings dual economic and environmental bene-fits.By analyzing the economic benefits of a petro-chemical company in Tianjin before and after pur-chasing green electricity and using green certifi-cates,Empirical evidence shows that green certifi-cate trading can reduce economic expenditures in enterprise electricity consumption and achieve car-bon reduction,providing reference for other domes-tic electricity enterprises.
