摘要
二氧化碳捕集、利用与封存(CCUS)技术是实现化石能源低碳化利用的重要技术手段.但CCUS全流程存在二氧化碳泄漏、冻伤、窒息以及物体打击等风险,特别是注入系统涉及高压、低温及二氧化碳多相态变化等,易造成二氧化碳腐蚀、泄漏.通过Bow-tie技术对某CCUS项目注入系统开展风险识别、分析和控制,重点对设备设施及作业活动危害因素分析并制定有效管控措施,研究结果可为CCUS注入系统长期安全平稳高效运行提供技术支持.
Abstract
Carbon dioxide capture,utilization,and storage(CCUS)technology is an important techno-logical means to achieve low-carbon utilization of fos-sil fuels.However,the entire CCUS process carries risks such as carbon dioxide leakage,frostbite,suffo-cation,and object impact,especially when the injec-tion system involves high pressure,low temperature,and multiphase changes in carbon dioxide,which can easily cause carbon dioxide corrosion and leakage.Through Bow-tie technology,risk identification,a-nalysis,and control were carried out on the injection system of a certain CCUS project,with a focus on an-alyzing the hazards of equipment,facilities,and op-erational activities,and developing effective control measures.The research results can provide technical support for the long-term safe,stable,and efficient operation of the CCUS injection system.
