某己内酰胺联合装置作业人员职业健康管理浅析

摘要
针对己内酰胺生产过程中生产流程长、所用物料和设备多,涉及的职业病危害因素复杂等情况,通过对国内某己内酰胺联合装置职业病危害因素进行统计,对 2011-2023 年期间作业人员的职业健康检查情况进行数据收集整理、统计和分析,确定联合装置应重点关注的职业病危害因素、岗位及人群,并根据分析结果有重点地开展相应的职业健康管理工作,采取这些措施有利于己内酰胺联合装置现在及未来的良性发展,有效减少了职业病危害因素对员工健康的影响.
Abstract
In response to the long production process,multiple materials and equipment used,and complex occupational hazards involved in the production of caprolactam,data collection,organi-zation,statistics,and analysis were conducted on the occupational hazard factors of a domestic capro-lactam combination device.The occupational health examination results of operators from 2011 to 2023 were collected,sorted,and analyzed to determine the occupational hazard factors,positions,and pop-ulations that the combination device should focus on.Based on the analysis results,corresponding oc-cupational health management work was carried out in a targeted manner.Taking these measures is con-ducive to the healthy development of the caprolac-tam combination device now and in the future,ef-fectively reducing the impact of occupational hazards factors on employee health.
