摘要
雷击是造成大型原油储存基地发生火灾爆炸事故的重要原因,如何避免雷电危害已成为各大型原油储存基地夏季安全生产工作的重中之重.本文通过描述雷电预警系统的设计原理以及在某大型原油储存基地的实际应用情况,验证了雷电预警系统在监控雷电形成、雷电场移动等方面具有的准确性、时效性和前瞻性等特点,对保障大型原油储存基地夏季安全生产具有重要作用.
Abstract
Lightning Strike is an important cause of fire and explosion accidents in large crude oil storage bases,and how to avoid lightning damage has be-come the most important work for the safety of large crude oil storage bases in summer.This paper de-scribes the design principle of lightning early warn-ing system and its practical application in a large crude oil storage base,the accuracy,timeliness and foresight of the Lightning early warning system in monitoring lightning formation and lightning field movement are verified,which plays an important role in ensuring safe production of large crude oil storage base in summer.
