延迟焦化装置职业病危害识别与控制效果

目的 以某炼化企业延迟焦化装置现场工艺流程为基础,通过对延迟焦化装置不同时期职业病危害因素进行识别和评价,为企业职业病危害因素的防护提供依据。方法 采用职业卫生现场调查、职业病危害现场监测等方法,结合间歇操作工序各环节危害因素变化,对延迟焦化装置可能存在的职业病危害因素进行分析,根据现场检测结果及职工防护难易程度,结合工艺生产特性提出了装置运行过程中存在的危害性因素及预防和控制措施。结果 检测结果表明,通过投用压缩机性能控制系统及企业采取的防护措施,化学毒物、粉尘、物理性有害因素控制效果基本合格。结论 在企业现有的预防和控制措施下,职业病危害得到有效的控制和预防。
Identification and Control Effect of Occupational Hazards in Delayed Coking Plant
Objective To identify and evaluate the oc-cupational hazard factors of delayed coking plant in different periods based on the process flow of the de-layed coking plant in a refinery company,so as to provide the basis for the protection of occupational hazard factors. Methods Occupational health field investigation,occupational disease hazard monitoring and other methods were used to analyze the possible occupational disease hazard factors of the delayed co-king plant in combination with the changes of hazard factors in each link of the intermittent operation process. According to the production characteristics of the process,the harmful factors existing in the op-eration of the device and the prevention and control measures were put forward. Results The test results showed that the control effect of chemical poisons,dust and physical harmful factors was basically quali-fied by using the compressor performance control sys-tem and the protective measures taken by enterprises. Conclusion The occupational hazards can be effec-tively controlled and prevented under the existing pre-vention and control measures.
