摘要
在双重预防数字化建设的大环境下,为避免出现"双防"机制运行与日常生产管理"两张皮"现象,创新建设集成了多系统数据融合、系统功能融合、"双防"机制与实际生产管理业务融合的"三融合"智能巡检系统.经过半年的运行与调整,该系统能有效搭建起"双防"机制在生产管理环节落地的"桥梁",实现了现场员工"一个终端、一个系统、一套任务"的目标,可为大型石化企业安全生产管理工作提供借鉴.
Abstract
In the context of double prevention digital construction,in order to avoid the phenomenon of "two skins" between the operation of the "double prevention" mechanism and daily production manage-ment,the "three integration" intelligent inspection system integrating multi-system data fusion,system function integration,and the integration of the "double prevention" mechanism and actual produc-tion management business was innovatively construc-ted. After half a year of operation and adjustment,the system can effectively build a "bridge" for the "double prevention" mechanism to land in the pro-duction management link,and achieve the goal of "one terminal,one system,one set of tasks" for on-site employees,which can provide reference for the safety production management of large petrochemical enterprises.
